this month I challenge you to move your body every day! being active is so important for our bodies and minds. movement gives our bodies endorphins, confidence, releases stress, improves muscle strength, coordination, increases productivity, and more! being active can be: going for a walk, run, lifting weights, frisbee, tennis, kickboxing, yoga, swimming, golf, pickleball, cycling, pilates, dancing, stretching, anything you want. just do something active every day this month. exercise can be long or short. give your body what it needs and have fun :)
